i booked two nights but the male reception staff weren't very helpful i had to cut my stay short the constant gym noise ruined my stay i think better training is needed

I found the rooms super comfortable, clean, and very well decorated. The view overlooking the golf course is superb, a real treat to wake up to. The gym features high-quality equipment, so I kept up with my routine with no problems.
I tried to contact management about membership. I repeatedly attempted digital communication but did not get one reply. I wanted to see the golf course and the restaurant.

The staff are quite attentive, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They are very family friendly which is a big bonus. I noticed the staff really tried to make everyone feel special.

The check in process was quite smooth. I found the in room dining service really convenient. Laundry services were also available, which I utilized.
I did notice some noise, as my room was located above the gym. Quieter options weren't offered initially. I had to change rooms on the second day. The new room was also in a noisy area.

i found the golf course beautiful and very well maintained. the facilities are excellent and cater very well to golfers, in particular. i really liked the location near many restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly and professional.
I would like to have received a reply when i tried to contact the management about membership details. It's a minor issue, but it did leave me a bit disappointed.

the restaurant staff, especially usama, offered excellent service, they were attentive and helpful. housekeeping provided thorough and efficient cleaning; this contributed significantly to a comfortable stay. customer service attitude was excellent.
